What Do We Need During Grief?

Time - Time alone; and time with others whom you trust and who will listen when you need to talk
Hope - You may find hope and comfort from those who have experienced a similar loss.
Small Pleasures - Do not underestimate the healing effects of small pleasures, as you are ready.
Permission to Backslide - Sometimes after a period of feeling good, we find ourselves back in the grip of extreme sadness, despair, or anger. This is the nature of grief, up and down, and it may repeat over and over for a time.
Take time to Rest, Exercise and Take Small Diversions

We are Here to Provide a Place and Space for:

We are Not Here to Fix You, but to be Enriched by your Presence.

How Can We be a Whole Person, if We Don't Have Access to All of Our Feelings?

When a person dies, they continue to live through the things that they leave behind - like the flowers they have planted, the people they have helped, and the words they have written.

Our loved ones also continue to live in our memories.
